Can I return a product?
We don't accept returns. Neither for handmade knits nor DIY kits.

There are various ways to pay for your order:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Be gentle to your beautiful handmade knit. Note that whilst wearing your knit may stretch and 'fluff' a little.
We suggest dry-cleaning. But you can also wash your knit at home. Handwash in tepid water, using mild colourless baby shampoo. Please don't wring your garment when finished, but use a towel to remove most of the water. Leave to dry flat.
Never hang a wool garment on a hanger. This will result in the fabric stretching over time. Always fold instead. When storing your garments, be sure that it is absolutely dry before stowing it away.
